Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to handle both marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will promote our services, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms. Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, blogs, and website content. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements. Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and brochures. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Business Development:

Generate leads and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for meetings. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with growth objectives. Track and maintain client interactions and business opportunities in CRM systems. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients. Support strategy development to expand client base and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in IT/data consultancy. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Creative, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools. Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
