Business Development Executive/Business Development Associate/Business Development Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, improving patient care, and gathering patient feedback to enhance service delivery. This role is essential in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Growth:
Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels (email campaigns, phone calls, social media, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach strategies.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's services.
Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
2. Patient Care Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for potential and existing patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Educate patients on available services, treatment options, and care plans.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups to maintain high standards of care.
3. Patient Feedback Management:
Regularly engage with patients to gather feedback on their experience with the company's services.
Develop surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to collect patient insights.
Analyze patient feedback to identify areas of improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with the operations team to implement feedback-driven changes.
4. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and potential partners.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business growth.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance, patient satisfaction metrics, and feedback trends..
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
3 years of experience in business development, sales, or patient care (preferably in a healthcare setting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
