Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is primarily with field visits to client locations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru.
The candidate will be responsible for daily client engagement, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring 2-3 client meetings are scheduled and conducted each day.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
Schedule and conduct 2-3 client meetings daily.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Conduct field visits across Bengaluru, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh for client acquisition and relationship management.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
Experience: 3-4 years in Business Development / B2B Sales.
Languages: Fluency in Kannada & English (mandatory
).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve daily/weekly targets.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
