Role: Business development executive (Inside Sales).
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
Maximum Annual CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Working Days: 5.5 Days (1st, 4th, and 5th Saturday will be full working days)
Interview Process: Face-to-face interviews will be conducted with a maximum of 3 rounds
Payroll Terms: Selected candidates will be on third-party payroll for the initial 6 months. Subject to their performance, they may be moved to company rolls after this period.

New Client Acquisition
Business Renewal
: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
Lead Generation
: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
Closure and Collection
: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
Process Adherence
: Execution of the role in line with the organization's guidelines and processes.
Build organization assets
- Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
Required skills:
1) Graduate with Good communication skills.
2) Comfortable with cold calling with 1-2 years' experience of B2B sales.
3) Must have Client and escalation Handling Skills.
4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.
5) Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.
6) Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.
