Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

with experience in the

education sector

, specifically in promoting courses, training programs, or skill-based certifications to colleges and institutions. The candidate should already have experience interacting with college authorities and ideally possess an existing network.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our courses. Build and maintain relationships with college administration, placement cells, training departments, and faculty. Present course offerings, collaboration proposals, and training solutions. Conduct seminars, workshops, and on-campus promotional activities. Achieve enrollment, partnership, and outreach targets. Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Maintain activity reports, lead tracking, and follow-up documentation. Understand market trends and suggest strategies to improve outreach and partnerships.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory experience in

education marketing / BD with colleges

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and relationships with college authorities. Confidence in conducting campus visits and handling meetings. Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills. Willingness to travel for college outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:

As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
