Position Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)
with strong communication and negotiation skills to generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should be motivated, target-driven, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through online bidding portals such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru
Write customized and persuasive proposals to acquire new clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO)
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions as per client requirements
Maintain and expand client relationships for repeat and referral business
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
Minimum
4-5 years of proven experience
as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Ability to craft tailored proposals and negotiate effectively with clients
Familiarity with IT services including
web development, SEO, and digital marketing
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with lead generation and client acquisition in the IT domain
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
