We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, engaging with high-value clients, and driving business growth through both in-person meetings and proactive outreach activities, including cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
Meet with high-value/royal clients in person to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Maintain client data and activity reports accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
business development / client servicing / sales
.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling.
Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
