Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who has experience or strong interest in recruitment. This role is a mix of sales-driven relationship management and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates for client requirements.

Pitch opportunities to candidates and manage the hiring cycle.

Build and maintain pipelines through job portals & social platforms.

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth closure.

Bring in a sales-oriented approach to recruiting.

Requirements

2-3 years' experience in sales/BD with prior recruitment experience.

Excellent communication & convincing skills.

Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.

Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable to remote work.
