Job Summary:

We are looking for a

West Bengal-based Business Development Executive

who can work remotely and source new clients for our recruitment agency. The role focuses on acquiring hiring mandates, building strong client relationships, and driving recruitment business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services Acquire hiring mandates across IT and Non-IT roles Pitch recruitment solutions and close business opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships remotely Conduct virtual meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in business development for a recruitment/staffing agency Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring models Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Based in West Bengal

Preferred Skills:

Existing client network in India Experience with ATS/CRM tools Exposure to IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring
