Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services
Acquire hiring mandates across IT and Non-IT roles
Pitch recruitment solutions and close business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships remotely
Conduct virtual meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures
Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in business development for a recruitment/staffing agency
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Based in West Bengal
Preferred Skills:
Existing client network in India
Experience with ATS/CRM tools
Exposure to IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring
