Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
with strong experience in
ERP sales
to drive revenue growth, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the IT domain, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full business development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in ERP and IT service segments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.
Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Maintain updated CRM reports, sales forecasts, and activity logs.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of proven experience in
ERP sales
or IT solutions sales (Odoo experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the IT/ERP market, sales funnel, and B2B sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle a target-driven environment with consistent performance.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
Educational Qualification
MBA / BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
