We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
Promote company products/services and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery of services.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (field experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong marketing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
