Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory or market segment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, procurement managers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable medical equipment solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, medical conferences, and industry networking events to promote the company and its products.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and client interactions in the CRM system.
