Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to spearhead sales growth by targeting
corporate clients, institutional buyers, and HoReCa businesses
(Hotel, Restaurant, Catering). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
B2B sales
and a track record of closing high-value deals.
:
Drive
B2B sales
by identifying and developing new business opportunities
Conduct
outbound sales calls
to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, hotels
,
restaurants, and cafes
to understand their needs and preferences.
Manage and update
customer relationship management
(CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
