? Identify and research potential clients within the education sector (e.g., schools,educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies).
? Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration,tuition teachers and coaching centres
? Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations throughworkshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events inresidential societies etc to generate new leads and foster relationships withdecision-makers.
? Participate in / Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to buildbrand awareness and generate leads.
? Present and demonstrate our educational products to prospective clients,effectively articulating their value proposition.
? Establish and maintain relationships with the other teams of Allen? Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system forfurther management
? Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, andeducational policy changes.
? Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators.
? Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and market feedback tomanagement.? Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field.
? 2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specificallywithin the education industry.
? Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Strong understanding of the education landscape, including current trends,challenges, and purchasing cycles.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of ateam.? Willingness to travel extensively
? Language Known : English , Hindi , Regional Language (Bengali / Marathi etc )
Preferred Qualifications
? Master's degree in a relevant field.
? Experience with EdTech products or solutions.
? Existing network of contacts within the education sector.
