Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard US-based clients such as Appraisal Firms, AMCs, lenders, and real estate service providers.
Execute outbound business development through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Present and position company services effectively to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with operations and appraisal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Business Development / Sales
targeting the
US market
.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Willingness to work in
US time zones (night shift)
.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Added Advantage (Preferred)
Experience in
US Real Estate Appraisal, Valuation, AMC operations, or Mortgage services
.
Understanding of appraisal ordering processes, compliance standards, and SLAs.
Prior exposure to US real estate service providers or valuation firms.
