Key Responsibilities:

Manage

Drayage

and

OTR freight operations

, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective resource use. Build and maintain strong relationships with

carriers and shippers

to facilitate smooth operations and secure favorable rates. Oversee the

entire sales cycle

, from lead generation to deal closure, maximizing revenue potential. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and support business growth. Work independently with a performance-driven mindset.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Freight Broker

in

Drayage

and

OTR

logistics. An

existing book of business

that can transition with you to our organization. Strong

negotiation

and

communication

skills (written and verbal). In-depth understanding of

US logistics regulations

and freight industry standards. Proficiency with

freight brokerage software

and related tools.
