We are hiring an experienced

US B2B Inside Sales professional

responsible for high-volume outbound calling, prospect qualification, pipeline building, and converting opportunities into revenue. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to pitch solutions to senior decision-makers in the US market. Candidates from

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation




Make

minimum 100 outbound B2B calls per day

to senior US decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through structured calling and follow-ups.
Generate appointments, demos, and qualified opportunities for the business.

Sales Cycle Management




Deliver engaging pitches and solution presentations to prospects.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive prospects toward closure.
Respond to client RFPs, proposal queries, and information requests.

Pipeline & CRM Management




Maintain accurate prospect data and call logs in CRM/Salesforce or Excel.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including calls, connections, demos, and closures.
Update sales pipeline regularly and share progress reports with management.

Coordination & Reporting




Work closely with leadership on forecasting, planning, and sales strategy.
Share daily/weekly MIS reports and performance updates.
Follow structured sales processes and maintain documentation accuracy.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements




Minimum

5 years

experience in

US Inside Sales / International B2B outbound calling

.
Proven exposure to

high-volume calling (80-120 outbound calls/day)

.
Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication.
Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
Experience working in US night shifts.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to work in a disciplined, fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background




Candidates from the following environments perform strongly in this role:
JP Morgan Chase - International Collections (3rd bucket)
American Express - International Collections
Barclays / Citi / Bank of America - US Collections / Recovery
Any US B2B Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Appointment Setting process
(Preferred but not mandatory.)

Preferred Qualifications




Experience selling or pitching to C-suite or Director-level executives.
Exposure to SaaS, technology, consulting, or B2B services industries.
Strong MS Office and presentation skills.
