Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
Make
minimum 100 outbound B2B calls per day
to senior US decision-makers.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through structured calling and follow-ups.
Generate appointments, demos, and qualified opportunities for the business.
Sales Cycle Management
Deliver engaging pitches and solution presentations to prospects.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive prospects toward closure.
Respond to client RFPs, proposal queries, and information requests.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate prospect data and call logs in CRM/Salesforce or Excel.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including calls, connections, demos, and closures.
Update sales pipeline regularly and share progress reports with management.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with leadership on forecasting, planning, and sales strategy.
Share daily/weekly MIS reports and performance updates.
Follow structured sales processes and maintain documentation accuracy.

Minimum
5 years
experience in
US Inside Sales / International B2B outbound calling
.
Proven exposure to
high-volume calling (80-120 outbound calls/day)

Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication.
Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
Experience working in US night shifts.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to work in a disciplined, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
