Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE) - Upwork Specialist
who has proven experience in
Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client conversion
. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international clients and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on
Upwork
Write customized and high-quality proposals
Communicate with international clients to understand requirements
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and close deals
Maintain CRM and follow up with prospects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Achieve monthly revenue and lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
Upwork business development
Proven track record of client acquisition on Upwork
Excellent
written and spoken English
Understanding of digital marketing / IT services
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
