Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on
Upwork and other freelance platforms
Analyze client requirements related to
Digital Marketing and IT services
Prepare and submit
customized, high-converting proposals
Communicate with international clients via Upwork chat, email, and calls
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development) for project feasibility
Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Build and nurture
long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly
business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years
of experience in
Upwork bidding / Business Development
