Key Responsibilities
Search and apply for relevant projects on
Upwork and similar freelance platforms
Understand client requirements related to
digital marketing services
Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client needs
Communicate with clients through platform messages and calls
Coordinate with internal digital marketing and delivery teams
Maintain records of proposals, leads, and follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term professional client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience
in Upwork bidding or business development
Good understanding of
digital marketing services
(SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with
Upwork or other freelance marketplaces
Ability to write clear, professional proposals
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
