Key Responsibilities:
Identify, bid, and secure projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other portals.
Understand client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches.
Regularly update and optimize company profiles on bidding platforms for better visibility.
Coordinate with technical teams to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
Maintain client communication, ensuring smooth onboarding and project closure.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Requirements:
1-6 years experience in
online bidding
with a strong success rate.
Familiarity with
mobile, web, AI, and blockchain technologies/projects
.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills

Strong
negotiation and client-handling skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
