Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (Upwork)

who will be responsible for generating new business through platforms like Upwork and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals. Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project scopes and expectations. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business. Coordinate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain records of proposals and client communications.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience with Upwork and other bidding platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to understand client requirements and present customized solutions. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Knowledge of IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.) is a must. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on revenue growth.

Pay: ?10,676.21 - ?40,784.64 per month
