Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape on Upwork, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to Upwork projects and proposals, continuously optimizing strategies to improve conversion rates and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role with a strong focus on Upwork.
Demonstrable success in acquiring clients and managing projects through the Upwork platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in proposal writing and client presentations.
