We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing AI team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue by selling our cutting-edge AI and learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound efforts, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and networking on platforms like LinkedIn.
2. AI Solution Selling:
Understand client pain points and demonstrate how our AI solutions can optimize their operations.
3.
Client Engagement & Pitching:
Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored presentations/demonstrations of our AI capabilities to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
4. Pipeline Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline.
5.
Market Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with emerging AI trends, competitive movements, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
6.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive renewals and upsells.
Preferred Qualifications
1
. Must have Graduate Degree in Marketing, or a related field
2.
A strong understanding of AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Generative AI is highly desirable.
3.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
4.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
5.
Having Experience of 1-2 Years
