We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Representative to join our innovative digital marketing agency based in Noida.
Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position our digital marketing services and identify opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels, including Linkedin, E-mail, cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and online platforms.
Generate high-quality leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Develop and deliver persuasive pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized digital marketing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Sales and Business Strategy:Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients, fostering strong and sustainable relationships.
Monitor sales performance, analyze conversion metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development (B2B), sales, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
