Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote Ed-Tech products and services.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or learning paths.
Schedule and conduct product demos or counseling sessions (online).
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and manage the sales funnel.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
Maintain CRM tools and update call logs and lead status regularly.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and future sales.
Qualification Required:
Fresh graduates (B.A., B. Com, BBA, B.Sc., etc.) with good communication skills.
Comfortable with phone-based conversations and working with sales targets.
Passionate about education and helping others grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
