Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business development manager
to join our dynamic team and drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking
.
Develop and maintain relationships with
prospective and existing clients
to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, potential industries, and target markets.
Collaborate with the
technical and marketing team
to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
Drive the
end-to-end sales cycle
: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Meet and exceed
monthly/quarterly sales targets
.
Maintain CRM and prepare
daily/weekly reports
on business development activities.
Represent the company at
events, exhibitions, and client meetings
when required.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in
IT sales / software services sales
(Web & Mobile App development preferred).
Knowledge of
sales tools, CRM, and lead generation strategies
.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
.
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
1-4 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales in IT industry
.
