Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated business development executive to support our growth. The ideal candidate will be a fresher or a recent graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, lead generation, and client relationship building. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Follow up with prospects and schedule consultations or demos. Understand client needs and pitch relevant services like EPR, FSSAI, Drug license and more. Maintain and update the CRM system with daily activities and client information. Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with the internal operations team for timely service delivery. Attend online meetings, webinars, and networking events as needed.

Requirements

Post-Graduate in MBA, Pharmacy, or related field. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Passion for sales and client engagement. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus. Eagerness to learn regulatory and compliance services (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
