About UNext Learning UNext Learning is part of Manipal University and focuses on offering online UG and PG programs. These programs are designed especially for working professionals and students who want flexible, affordable, and high-quality education through online learning. Role Overview The Admission Counselor role is an inside sales position. The counselor will connect with students who have already shown interest in UNext's online courses, guide them through the program details, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through inbound leads provided by the company

Make outbound calls to students who have inquired about online UG/PG courses

Counsel students on suitable programs

Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and admission process

Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets

Interact with students and parents

Assist with applications and documentation

Update CRM and follow-ups Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in any specialization (mandatory)

Target-driven inside sales mindset

Good communication in English and Hindi

CRM knowledge preferred

Strong convincing and follow-up skills Job Details

Working Days: 6 days a week



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
