We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about solving customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly call handling and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
Ability to work night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:00 AM)
Comfortable with work-from-office setup in Sector 63, Noida
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
High motivation and positive attitude (mandatory)

Previous experience in inbound call handling
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Patient and empathetic communication style
Quick learner with adaptability to new processes
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
