Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Find new customers through phone calls (Cold Calling), emails, and other methods.
Look for new project or investment opportunities in the market.
Communication & Relationship Building:
Meet with potential clients (Prospects) and provide them with information about our properties.
Build and maintain good relationships with brokers and channel partners.
Sales Support:
Schedule meetings and site visits to help finalize deals.
Understand the client's needs and show them the correct property options.
Record Keeping:
Keep a record of all customer information and interactions in the CRM (Computer System).
Prepare daily progress reports.

What You Need (Requirements)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development..
Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
High enthusiasm and drive to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
