The Mission:
As our Business Development Executive, you will be the tip of our spear. Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities. You will leverage a multi-channel approach, combining strategic social media outreach with persuasive cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a hunter role for a self-starter who is energized by the challenge of a blank slate and the opportunity to build their own empire within our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Masterfully use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms to identify and engage with qualified leads.
Confidently initiate contact with potential clients through strategic cold calling, effectively communicating our value proposition and booking qualified meetings.
Own the sales process from initial contact to close, including needs analysis, to negotiating contracts.
Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring consistent progress and accurate forecasting.
Serve as the voice of the market, providing feedback on client needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have:
A minimum of 1 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a documented history of meeting and exceeding targets.
At least some of specific experience selling digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design). You understand the language, the pain points, and the ROI we deliver.
A "hunter" mentality--you are proactive, resilient, and intrinsically motivated to seek out new business.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively, both over the phone and in writing.
Tech-savviness with CRMs (e.g., telecrm, HubSpot, Zoho) and social selling tools.
