Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, social media, and property portals.

Client Engagement: Reach out to potential customers, understand their real estate needs, and suggest suitable property options.

Property Presentations: Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase residential and commercial projects.

Sales Conversion: Follow up with clients, resolve queries, and ensure smooth deal closure while achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Market Research: Stay updated with property trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming projects to provide accurate insights to clients.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports of sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
