Job Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in the affiliate & Performance marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. You will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate network, building strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:



Direct Brand Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and direct partners to expand the company's network.



Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.



Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential partners within the affiliate marketing industry.



Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with new and existing affiliates to maximize profitability and ensure mutual benefits.



Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.



Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for affiliate & performance marketing campaigns.



Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, affiliate performance, and industry trends for management.



Compliance: Ensure all partners activities comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in Business Development / Affiliate Marketing / Partnerships (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital campaigns, and e-commerce. Ability to handle multiple partnerships and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online tracking tools.
