Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for
web development and IT services
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Create and present tailored proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with project capabilities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Represent Innovilla Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, webinars, or client meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in
business development or sales
, preferably in the IT or web development industry.
Strong understanding of
web development services, technologies, and digital solutions
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
B2B IT sales
or
agency-based project acquisition

Knowledge of
lead generation platforms
(LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Basic understanding of
UI/UX, website design trends, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
