Business Development Executive
with a strong background in
online bidding and client acquisition
on international platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business opportunities through
online bidding portals
such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Clutch, etc.
Identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to convert leads into successful projects.
Maintain active communication with clients during the bidding, negotiation, and project execution phases.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and project understanding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales and revenue targets
.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and lead conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience
in IT sales or business development through online bidding platforms.
Strong understanding of
web development, mobile app, and custom software services
.
Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills
.
Hands-on experience with proposal writing, estimation, and lead qualification.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales tracking systems.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
Good to Have:
Experience dealing with
international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
.
Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Cloud Services.
Exposure to LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach.
