Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to generate leads, acquire new corporate clients, and support the growth of ConnectedMind's wellness programs. The role focuses on client outreach, relationship building, and assisting in the sales process to drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for corporate clients across Delhi NCR.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to promote ConnectedMind's services.
Support sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain an organized pipeline and track business development activities.
Assist in negotiating deals and closing opportunities under guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
