Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs. Develop and present proposals to potential clients. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products/services. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute business strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry insights.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and growth. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
