Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential projects and clients on platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork. Prepare customized and convincing proposals according to client requirements. Communicate with international clients through chat and calls to understand project scope and close deals. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimations and delivery timelines. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and nurture long-term business relationships. Keep track of bidding activities and achieve monthly targets. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of web & mobile technologies. Proficiency in drafting professional business proposals. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of client negotiation and lead conversion.
