We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

to join our team in Noida (on-site, full-time). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. The role also involves preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business documents Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions

Qualifications



Proven skills in sales and business development, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management Experience in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the organization
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
