We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our dynamic interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interior design sales, a strong understanding of the interior design industry, and the ability to identify and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.

Present and promote interior design services to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in interior design sales or related field.

Good knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and industry standards.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

Exposure to project management and client coordination.
