Job Description

Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a curated list, focusing on online UG/PG/MBA programs. Introduce and explain the benefits of College Gyan's services and educational offerings. Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the best courses tailored to them. Address customer queries and concerns in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled. Stay up-to-date with the latest education trends, College Gyan's offerings, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the advantages of our services. Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate and nurture leads. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
