Responsibilities:
Domestic helper Acquisition:
Identify and qualify potential clients (households needing domestic help) through various channels (online marketing, referrals, networking, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to attract domestic helpers interested in job overseas.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic helpers throughout the hiring process.
Provide excellent customer service and address domestic helpers inquiries promptly and professionally.
Overseas Maid Sourcing & Placement:
Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
Coordinate the screening, interviewing, and onboarding process for overseas maids.
Efficient in screening and hiring from social media.
Maintain candidate records and track placement statuses
Required Skills:
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation & Persuasion:
Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade domestic helpers.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the hiring process.
Organization & Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple domestic helpers and tasks efficiently.
