We are seeking a Female candidate dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic planning, sales expertise, and project management skills to effectively contribute to our business objectives.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that promote our services. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts. Prepare detailed proposals and reports for management review. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

Skills



Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer relationship management. Strong background in business development with a proven track record in sales. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strong analytical skills for strategic planning and market analysis. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
