Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE) to accelerate the growth of our IT and SaaS product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT/SaaS sales, ISP solutions, or CRM tools and will be responsible for the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals--while also assisting clients with onboarding and product-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete B2B sales process from initial outreach to closing.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos of our SaaS products (ISPmate & Quick Message), showcasing both technical and business benefits.
Client Onboarding & Support: Guide clients through onboarding and provide initial technical/product support.
Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of proven sales experience in
IT, SaaS, or ISP-related domains.
Familiarity with
CRM platforms, ISP operations, and SMS marketing tools is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
Comfortable engaging with clients both in-person and remotely.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp technical features and translate them into clear business value propositions.
