Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing deals, managing client acquisition, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, strong convincing skills, and a good understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively identify, approach, and convert potential clients for digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, content marketing, and website development.
Understand client requirements, present tailored service proposals, and close deals effectively.
Conduct online or in-person meetings with prospects to pitch solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met post-sales.
Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM, and regular reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
