Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, emails, and social media. Counsel students/parents about various educational programs and guide them to choose suitable courses. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective sales and consultation strategies. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions. Coordinate with the internal academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, and education fairs. Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

:

Graduate in any discipline Proven experience in sales, counseling, or business development in the education/EdTech sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
