Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven
Business Development Executive
to help us grow our customer base and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their business goals.
Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch services/products.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and generate qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to improve services and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred:
Knowledge of the industry or product/services offered.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
