Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electronic components/solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Generate quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings for business promotion
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant field (B.Tech / Diploma preferred)
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with components like microcontrollers, ICs, resistors, capacitors, relays, modules, sensors, etc.
Understanding of distribution and supply chain in the electronics domain
Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Negotiation and customer handling expertise
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player
