Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
Pitch services to potential clients and convert qualified leads into active accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions
Research industry trends and competitor offerings to refine our positioning
Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress regularly
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition (freshers with high motivation may apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client interactions and presentations
Self-driven and target-oriented approach
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing is a plus
